The parent company of FLYYT‐X, ConnectandSell (CAS), has a calling technology that is so powerful that often people disbelieve the results are real.
We came up with a spin on their Flight School and were looking for ways to make the idea as disruptive as possible. Instead of calling field salespeople to participate in tests of the software, CAS wanted to pull the market to them with a competition‐style event.

We immediately isolated the disruptive nature of a space mission theme versus Top Gun. The client could showcase their technology by holding gamified calling events while pulling ideal customer profiles (ICPs) into their ecosystem.
Instead of flights, caller astronauts would take missions that reflected rocket stages. These stages are also the steps of a client's signature process to act as an educational vehicle for the adoption of the product.
For a wow factor and additional gamification hooks, we proposed creating a custom cryptocurrency called FLYYT‐$, allowing participants to purchase additional experiences.
