Chapter 7 The Just Culture: Why It Isn’t Just and How It Could Be

In its own right culture is a vast element of understanding organisational performance. It is a widely used term that frequently presents itself when safety-related matters are reviewed. In recent years, reviews, investigations and inquiries have frequently cited organisational culture within their findings.
