The African American Culturally Responsive Evaluation System for Academic Settings (ACESAS) is an adaptation of a logic model for use in African American communities. To date there has not been a systematic set of procedures to guide evaluators in their efforts to conduct culturally responsive evaluations with African American populations. We believe that the ACESAS is a first step in this process.
