Chapter 3. A Sample CORBA System
This chapter introduces the Recycle Broker application, which is used as the basis for many of the code examples throughout this book. This example is also intended to illustrate some basic principles of IDL design. The Recycle Broker IDL module contains several interfaces and is long enough to demonstrate how IDL interfaces typically are used together.
Complete source code for the Recycle Broker application is available for download, as detailed in the introduction.
