Prof Eleri Jones
Prof Eleri Jones has an academic career spanning more than four decades in fields ranging from nutritional biochemistry to tourism and management. She started teaching in South Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education (SGIHE) in 1984 and was involved in the transition of SGIHE into Cardiff Institute of Higher Education and later, University of Wales Institute, Cardiff; now, Cardiff Metropolitan University. She also served as Director of Research (Associate Dean [Research]) in Cardiff School of Management, has worked with many PhD students worldwide, and has numerous publications to her credit.
