Operational Planning and Execution
This part deals with the specifics of the operational planning process and execution. We explain the three major areas of communication for which the PAO and his or her staff are responsible, which are internal information, external information, and community relations. This includes an explanation of how the communications professionals research, plan, implement, and evaluate their efforts in each area. Finally, we focus on the breadth and depth of the PAO’s responsibilities.
