Introduction

Grey market and counterfeit products are truly global threats. They affect small and large businesses in all industries worldwide. Once a business achieves brand recognition on a local or global level, it will become a target for counterfeiters or grey marketers, especially if there is a demand versus supply imbalance to exploit.
