Preface
This book is written for the project manager (PM). Its objective is to facilitate the efforts of PMs to focus greater attention on determining the requirements for the things they build and do. Specifically, the goal of this book is to increase the effectiveness of individual PMs and to improve the management of technical projects.
Does this goal sound lofty and unachievable? It’s not really, in my opinion. Improvement will not be difficult if we tend to business.
