This book is about cash value realization. Hopefully, I have added value to your understanding and approach to cash value realization. It is important to pay attention to certain details. For instance, if you want cash benefits, you must manage cash. This is where I believe most companies compromise their implementations. Too often, I hear leaders and consultants tell me they understand cash when, in fact, they still resort to accounting information such as costs and profit.
