7.1 Overview
This section explores the critical factors that need to be in place to help support a successful implementation and adoption of the PMCD Framework, together with some examples. The PMCD Framework may be used to ensure that the organization's portfolio, program, and project management capabilities are aligned with the needs of the business. There may be specific considerations and competences that are considered to be more important than others. This prioritization should not be overlooked, along with competences that are specific to the organization.
