Managing the Project Interfaces

Brad had not been a project manager long before he realized that he wouldn’t get far alone. He assembled the project team that had helped him tremendously as he navigated the early stages of the project investment life cycle. As he contemplates what lies ahead—the detailed planning of his project—two more thoughts about project life cross his mind.

First, he thinks about the amount of work that was needed to launch a project the right way. “Well worth the effort,” Brad says to himself. He feels confident that he is managing the right project.
