Project Integration Management

The purposes of project integration management are to initiate the project; to coordinate project activities and integrate all efforts into a project management plan; to integrate, analyze, and report the project results from carrying out the project management plan; to control changes to the baseline plan; to collect, integrate, and organize project information in a project information system; and finally, to close the project in an orderly and disciplined fashion.
