Doug Martin, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, M.P.M., is a senior associate at GR8PM, Inc. and a senior project manager for the Carilion Clinic. At Carilion, Doug has lead enterprise-level projects for over 10 years that span technical, administrative, and clinical systems implementations.
