COMPLETE THE PROJECT
The project isn’t finished when the main products, services, or results are delivered. The project team must fulfill a series of substeps. These are simply good management steps. Most are not “fun,” and project personnel are usually far more interested in moving on to their next assignment than in doing these tasks.
