4.3 Change management roles and responsibilities
It is important to clarify the various roles and responsibilities within change management. We are going to use a very specific set of terms here to identify and explain the various roles and responsibilities. In a real project environment, it is very unlikely that these precise terms will be used. However, there should be people who carry out the following roles, whatever they may be called:
project manager;
