1.10 Implementation strategies
At the other end of the project, there will come a time when it is necessary to convert from the old method of working to the new one brought about by the implementation of the new system. The project team, in consultation with the users, will recommend to the project board or steering committee the most suitable changeover method for the project, which may include installing IT equipment, software applications or both.
