Communicating Project Results

The final result of a project is often a written product that frequently has to be presented as well. The key issue to keep in mind for any communication, whether written or oral, is to appropriately target the audience. This requires an in-depth understanding of the purpose of the project and its final outcome. It also requires an in-depth understanding of who will read the result of the project and who will be in the audience when the results are presented. The following discussion is divided into a discussion of written and oral communication before reaching conclusions at the end of the chapter.
