11.1 ARRIFLEX 535 35mm CAMERA (Fig. 11.1)
NOTE: All directions are from operator’s point of view.
11.1a Base
Fitted with two 3/8″ × 16-thread tapped holes and one pilot hole to accommodate a tripod lockdown screw, riser, or bridge plate.
11.1b Motor
Built-in 24V, crystal controlled, disk-type, DC. A manual frame rate selector switch is located on the right side of the camera body. It can be set for quartz-controlled speeds of 24, 25, 29.97 and 30 fps.
To Set Desired Speed. Insert a coin or screwdriver in slot of selector switch and rotate.
NOTE: Each selected frame rate falls into a detent and can be read through a plexiglass window to the right of the switch.
