How to Use This Book

This book is divided into two sections. The first section covers functions, methods, and procedures important to the working Camera Professional. The second section covers 40 widely used production cameras and related equipment.

In the first section, each chapter is titled by general category; a numbered heading within the chapter refers to a certain aspect of the category. A numbered subheading with a letter added emphasizes a detail within the heading. Further particulars within the subheading are italicized. For example:
