Production Plan Overview

Now that you are ready to make the leap into production, it is time to put a plan in place. This complex undertaking is a highly collaborative effort which involves the core creative and technical team. Ultimately, the production plan should function as a road-map that ensures everyone is fully invested and walking on the same path. Devising a production plan is a methodical yet creative process. In this step, the producer has to commit his or her vision to paper.
