After 33 years, Problem Solving and Comprehension has outlived its lead author but not its relevance to learning the core skills of reasoning. With the seventh edition we welcome a new co-author, Ron Narode, an educator who has 34 years of experience using the text (and a prepublication draft) in his own learning and teaching.

Problem Solving and Comprehension was designed to be a short introduction to analytical reasoning. But it is really a great deal more than that.
