Useful Features and Options for Building Reports in Salesforce.com
If you have any experience with Salesforce.com, it’s probably safe to assume that you’ve created and/or run a few reports as part of that experience. Salesforce.com reporting falls into a different category than many of the other chapters in this book, as it is available to the vast majority of end users and not just a subset of those with administrative permissions.
