ATOM for Large Projects
A key feature of the ATOM approach is scalability. ATOM is designed to be applicable to any project in any industry, offering a generic process that is suitable for all. However, some projects are undeniably more risky than others. Attempting to send a manned mission to Mars is on a different scale from moving an office from the first floor to the second, though both are projects, and both need some sort of risk management process.
