Three commitments of pharmaceutical executives: presence
Abstract
Biopharmaceutical executives honor their commitment to be present within their organization and are watchful of the quality of environment in which their employees work. Executives continually energize and motivate their teams, foster a creative environment for new ideas from team members, and take advantage of each opportunity to learn about their team’s needs. Executives develop an awareness of their communication and adapt to their audience’s needs and for the results they intend from communicating. They are aware of all aspects of their communication that are seen and interpreted by others, including non-verbal and contextual elements of communication.
