Are You Mentoring Material?
Mentoring isn’t for everybody. In fact, it takes professional and personal strengths (and sacrifice) to deliver the role effectively. Throw mentee insecurities into the equation and you will certainly be challenged.
The tasks and the responsibilities are onerous, but the benefits to you will be ginormous. In business, there is little that equates to being part of a success, even someone else’s, one that you supported and co-nurtured.
