Digital image editing makes it possible to correct just about any flaw, or even to alter your model’s figure. But is that really what studio photography is about? Image editing requires time that most busy photographers don’t have, so it makes sense to capture images that are as near perfect as possible from the get-go. A model can use her arms to help the photographer in plenty of ways—for example, by hiding her tummy, pushing her bust, or framing her torso.
