Biceps look broadest when viewed from the side, but they look best if the model’s torso is captured head-on. To get your model’s rear arm looking nice and broad, too, make sure he points his elbow to the side rather than backward (variation #3). Adding an angle at the elbow makes the rear arm look more muscular, as well. His front arm is positioned lower than his rear arm to provide an unhindered view of his abs. Clenching his fist provides extra tension in his lower arm muscles.
