# 170
SIT-UPS
When photographing sit-ups, make sure your model’s elbows don’t point directly toward the camera. This keeps his arms well defined. In contrast to the female equivalent (#108), you need to get your male model to point his toes upward or toward his body to keep the pose looking masculine. Always have him turn his torso toward the camera so that his “V” is as well defined as possible.
