Raspberry Pi
Many of the projects in this book will work with models as old as the Raspberry Pi 2 or even the miniature Pi Zero. But the best Pi available at the time of this book’s publication is the Raspberry Pi 4, and that’s the model that will work for all the projects. It’s also the model shown in the photos shown throughout the book, such as in the photo.
The Pi 4 model is available in four different memory configurations: 1, 2, 4 and 8 GB. If you plan on running only one project, or two projects simultaneously, the 1 GB ($30) or 2 GB models ($35) will suffice. The 4 GB version ($55) is the best compromise for price-conscious consumers ...
