Scrollbars
Many widgets have scrollbars associated with them.
Scrollbars can be added to a widget in two ways: with an independent
Scrollbar widget or with the Scrolled method when creating a widget.
For simple scrollbars, the Scrolled method is much easier and
therefore preferable.
