The Importance of Feedback
Feedback is a big part of life. We receive it from a variety of sources every day. It might come in the form of a speeding ticket, fine, or warning if we’ve been caught committing a traffic offense, but it can also come from people closest to us if we haven’t met their relationship expectations. Praise about the antique we’ve just restored and cheers from the sidelines of a pick-up basketball game are forms of feedback. Friends and teammates provide us with feedback about how to improve our performance, no matter what the activity is.
