BRINKERHOFF'S SUCCESS CASE METHOD

This review of Brinkerhoff's success case method explains how and why this qualitative model relies on seeing training in a broad context and then focuses on the most and least successful participants in a given training or other solution. The chapter identifies some of the strengths and weaknesses of the SCM approach and looks at criticisms and variations designed to meet those criticisms. It reviews and analyzes a sample application of the model.
