I have an unyielding belief, strong desire, and passion for good governance: the alignment between strategy, management, and execution to bring about good company performance, health and safety, resource productivity, and sustainability. It is not a sexy subject and has no state-of-the-art technology, does not involve any cocktails of leadership jargon, nor the existence of a management cure-all soup. But, the existence, alignment, and execution of all three components are vital if we are to avert the impending climate disaster or survive another round of pandemic or major economic shock.
