There are times in a professional career that you come across a person that at first seems quiet, but has hidden depths. Kit and I met through an ISO Task Force for revising the Integrated Use of Management System Standards handbook in Geneva in January 2016. I was to quickly learn that he was passionate and a true expert in energy and resource productivity.
