Exploring coaching and mentoring dilemmas
We have mentioned in previous chapters how to use peer supervision to support your continuous development as a coach. However, when you are new to supervision, it’s not always clear what sort of things you might bring for discussion. Each peer relationship will mature at a different pace, and as individuals we will differ regarding our need for privacy or expression.
