Being a parent who leads is among the most significant aspects of your life. And it can be even more fruitful when you have others helping you through the ups and downs. In our work with parents, we’ve found that a key element in the creation of lasting, positive change—of learning how to lead together with love and also with a passion—is the support of other parents, of fellow travelers. In our workshops, we create “coaching exchanges,” matching parenting partnerships with others to exchange writings, provide feedback, maintain accountability, and swap ideas.
