CREATING WITH KIDS DOESN’T REQUIRE A LOT OF FANCY SUPPLIES, A FORMAL WORKSPACE, OR HOURS ON END. Have lots of supplies on hand, a mix of high-quality materials and discount supplies bought in bulk. Tack fun images and photos to a corkboard and switch them out on a regular basis to inspire imagination. Accept that painting often results in a mess and learn to be okay with that. You and your kids will be happier and more creative as a result.
