SDC’s second joint venture
Shortly after setting up the company described above, SDC came across a second potential joint venture partner. This second organization is based in a high street shopping area and promotes itself as a specialist graphic designer. Despite this claim, much of the current workload involves selling stationery and printing letterheads. However, the owner has considerable graphic design skills and has obtained a reasonable reputation as a designer of websites. More importantly, though, he can demonstrate real potential as a publisher, both on and off line.
