Here, the Consultant sets an atmosphere where people are willing to be inquirers, to acknowledge their uncertainty in the face of issues for which there seems to be no precedent or solution. Use this Room when you judge clients need time and space to think, and the right people to think with. Here, their public mask of certainty can be laid aside, and clarity and doubt can live together for a while.
