Translation
The Translate routine allows you to change the standard translation of the system. The out-of-the-box translation will accomplish what you need for most of your accounts, but you would build any exceptions in this routine. For example, you would expect that the Asset and Liability accounts would use the end-of-month rate for translation, but assume you have assets that you would like to translate at a historical rate. You would do that here.

During consolidation there is a difference between parent and entity currency.
If a user runs a Translate or Force Translate.
