How Database In-Memory Works with RAC and Multitenant
So far, we have studied the Database In-Memory architecture and how it works in context with a single-instance database. In real life, you will often see lots of database implementations with Real Application Clusters (RAC). Because a database is critical for many applications, most customers prefer to implement a high-availability solution along with their database implementation. Therefore, you will often find Database In-Memory being implemented as a part of RAC, or you will be required to implement Database In-Memory in a RAC system.
