One of the hardest decisions you have to make when deciding to go back to school is which institution to attend, especially when considering online education. During the COVID-19 pandemic, institutions moved many of their programs and degrees to a fully online format. Though the change was intended to be temporary, these programs were restructured to work well online, and some of them stayed permanently online, with students never returning to the physical campus. Students therefore have more options for fully online certificates and degrees both domestically and internationally. This also means there’s more competition for colleges. As a result, there’s also more pressure to develop quality online courses that focus on learning and student satisfaction. More, more, more. It’s supply and demand!
