Author Biographies
Hai Li received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering and an M.S. degree in microelectronics from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. She received a Ph.D. degree from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana.
Dr. Li was with Qualcomm CDMA Technologies (QCT) of Qualcomm Inc., San Diego, California, where she mainly worked on memory design and design methodology at 65-nm technology node and beyond. Then she joined the Microprocessor Product Group (MPG) of Intel Corp., Santa Clara, California, where she contributed to the success of Centrino Core Duo, the first 45-nm central processing unit in the world.
