Visioning Module (90 minutes)

Successful leadership of an organization requires a shared vision. When all team members are moving in the same direction and pursuing the same goals, their behaviors are more likely to become aligned and to produce positive results. When team members share a vision of what they are trying to achieve, supervisors are better able to empower the group and delegate tasks effectively.

Step-By-Step Delivery

1.	Facilitate the Alpha Beta exercise (1 hour).
