Introduction
Home-based businesses are a significant part of the economy, and this fact motivates academic exploration. Approximately, 55% of Indigenous businesses in Canada currently operate from home. The proportion of home-based businesses is similar in other countries. In the UK, for instance, 59% of businesses operate from home (Levie & Mason, 2009).
