Multidimensional Workaholism Scale

The MWS captures the motivational, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral dimensions of workaholism. There are four items per dimension. Total scores can range from 16 to 80. A good rule of thumb is that if your total score is 60 or above, you could be considered a workaholic.

Instructions: Please indicate the degree to which each item describes you using the following scale:

1 = never true 2 = seldom true 3 = sometimes true 4 = often true 5 = always true
