Chapter 5. Issues in networking graphics
Introduction
In this chapter we outline the issues in networking various types of graphics applications. The main purpose is to give a broad overview of different classes of issues that arise, from implementation strategy to latency issues. Given the background material in Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter 3 and Chapter 4, this chapter sets the scene for the remainder of the book.
