Kathy Beyerchen has 20+ years of private sector labor experience with publicly traded and privately held corporations ranging in size from a Fortune 250 company to a small agricultural cooperative. In these human resources roles, she facilitated management’s negotiating teams for collective bargaining agreements with some of the largest unions in the country as well as some lesser-known unions. Kathy holds a Masters in Labor and Human Resources from Ohio State University and a BA in History and Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
