Running a business today is radically different than just 10 years ago. Millennials and Gen Z are culturally different than Baby Boomers. The thought of working in an office for a large company until retirement is abhorrent to many of them. They are not as driven to work hard, long hours, save as much as they can, marry, have a family, and buy a house. For most of them, some or even all of these goals and objectives are far from being termed personal priority.
That creates two new challenges. First, for the long-time incumbent businesses, how do they attract and retain this new breed of worker? And secondly, for these young people, what should their aspirations and goals be for their own lives? We will attempt to ...
