14.22. Preparation of basic engineering design data

This section covers the minimum requirements for the preparation of documents in the execution of the basic design stage of the projects applicable to the oil and gas refineries and petrochemical plants under the direction of the process engineering department.

• Preparation of basic engineering design data (BEDD)

• Data preparation of utilities (utility summary tables)

• Data preparation of effluents (preparation of data sheets in relation to gaseous and liquid effluents)

• Data preparation of catalysts and chemicals
